PES Engineering is a well-established company with over 50 trading years’ experience supplying precision Turned and Milled components to a wide customer base, including Medical, Hydraulic or Pneumatic Telecommunications, automotive, defence, and aerospace. The company is strongly committed to providing its customers with a responsive and reliable quality service at competitive prices.

PES Engineering employs the latest technology and personnel to produce highly complex components in a Lean manufacturing operation. With 50,000 hours capacity per year, the company can operate 24 hours per day with full “Lights out Operations” producing single sample parts, small batch work through to volume production runs.

On time delivery is a priority. By using off-line programming facilities, work scheduling software and Production control software, customer schedules can be met, and JIT delivery agreed.

We specialise in machining all materials from traditional Brass, Stainless Steel and Mild Steel through to Strategic complex alloys like Kovar, Molybdenum, Nickel Alloys or whatever your needs may require including plastics.
